How can I Request a Reprint OR Refund?

Kiddies Point believes in customer satisfaction. If you find any defect in our Products, we will make it perfect for you. This includes any manufacturer’s defects such as loose, bubbles, scratches or fading. If this occurs we will either replace your product or fix it at our cost.

If you require a reprint the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (Try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). Returns Procedure: Customer needs to send us the email of the pictures of the damaged product at contact@kiddiespoint.com or 9724940194 The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be manufacturing defect Return Authorization number will be issued to customer after which he can return the products.

Want to make changes/cancel the order: Send us your order details immediately after placing order. The order can be cancelled or edited only if it hasn’t gone into production. Once the order is printed, it is not possible to make changes or ask for a refund. In case of editing required, you can make the changes and re-order the product with the help of a voucher provided by us. Refund is provided in the form of a voucher/store credit equivalent to the amount spent.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are paid by Kiddies Point.

Newsletter Subscription:

By placing the order you agree to receive promotional email and other newsletters from Kiddies Point regarding order confirmation and other emails.

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Kiddies Point is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to address specified by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Refund and Cancellation:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. Where the Goods ordered by You are not available from stock, You shall be notified and given the option to either wait until the Goods are available from stock or cancel the order. Upon such cancellation of your Orders, we shall make the repayment in full the amount(s), if any paid by you. We check each transaction manually so there are no chances of any duplicate payments. If for any reason duplicate payments are received, you shall be informed about it and you shall have option either to use the excess amount paid for future purchases or have it refunded to your account within 4 to 5 working days.

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received, please get in touch with us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do everything possible to make it right.

If your product is damaged in transit: Send us the order details along with photos of the damaged product and any other relevant information. We will analyze and accordingly inform you about pick-up of the damaged product and provide a replacement.

IMPORTANT: This does not cover any consumer-generated mistakes including spelling or grammatical errors, dark images, cropping issues, poor image quality from low resolution images or other ordering mistakes. In case of such an issue, we will try our best to help you solve it.
